Blow Room

The Rieter blow room consists of well planed sequence of machines along with pluckers for tuft to tuft opening of cotton bales & 1st step towards blending. B-11 is efficient beating point for opening & cleaning of cotton with auto adjustment of its cleaning intensity & trash removal.B-70 in each line of blow room insure the homogeneous blending. The cleaning efficiency of B60 is also adjusted automatically.

Vision Shield

The vision shield removes the contamination from cotton before it is passed through fiber to fiber opening process at carding, where small contamination piece may spread throughout the production lot & cause of very high cutting by the FD Channel of Uster Quantum installed at each winding unit. Two ultra fast color cameras with digital image processing are catching the color of the passing cotton tufts & transferring the collected data to the image processing unit .The high resolution & photo realistic real color processing guarantees the utmost differentiation between cotton & contamination. The pneumatic ejection eliminates the detected contaminations with the highest reliability. Thus it improves the quality of yarn in terms of lower contamination which is very important for high quality fabric.

Carding

Latest C-60 cards are installed with auto leveler for constant quality production. The IGS system ensure the automatic wire maintenance during production & sustain the quality of sliver.

Draw Frames

State of art RSB D40 draw frames with short term auto leveling at high delivery speed are used as finisher drawing. SB D40 draw frames are used as breaker drawing.

Simplex

A modified model of TOYOTA FL-16 is installed for high quality of roving production which ultimate produce high quality yarn.

Ring Spinning

23232 spindles of F1520 Jingwei China with texpart drafting system, spindle bolster and KHK hangers are installed for good quality yarn production. Ring frame speed is controlled by cutes inverters as per the requirement of yarn quality.

Winding

Schlafhorst AC 338 Gold equipped with auto tense devices, Uster Quantum 3 Clearers with Q-Data (online monitoring of IPI, CMT, CV, PC & Hairiness of 100% production), F-Channel (100% contamination monitoring),CAY (Computer added yarn clearing), Quantum expert & Eco pack for length control.
