In the year 1990 the sponsors of SIARA TEXTILE MILLS(PVT) LTD. started a restaurant by the name of LAL Qila in Manchester. United Kingdom, and by the Grace of Allah Almighty now LAL QILA Chain of restaurants and super stores is a renowned and respectable name in British Food Industry. 

          In the year 2004 the sponsors decided to set up a textile spinning unit in Pakistan in the name and style of SIARA TEXTILE MILLS(PVT) LTD. It is a private limited Company incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984 and was registered on 8^th November 2004. 

The Company has set up a new spinning unit for the manufacture of cotton year at 2-KM Warburton Road, Ferozewatwan, District Shekupura, Pakistan. Our Spinning unit consists of 20,064 spindles, related back process and finishing machinery. It is a state of the art textile spinning project of Pakistan based on the latest spinning technology. We have selected best combination of spinning machinery for our manufacturing unit, which consist of Blow Room, C-60 Cards and RSBD-40 Draw Frames from Reiter, Switzerland, Toyota FL-16 Roving Frames from Japan, where as Ring Spinning Frames are from JINGWEI, China. Our Ring Spinning Frames, F-1520 model are “fully loaded”. These frames are equipped with SKF Germany’s PK-2025 Drafting System, CSI TESPART Germany Spondle Bolsters and KHK Bobbin Hangers from Japan. Besides this, we have imported most modern Schlaforst Auto Coners, Model 338 RM, from Germany. These autoconcers are equipped with all the latest versions including ECHO PACK, FOREIGN MATTER DETECTORS and best yarn clearing system, USTER QUANTUM 2. For the implementation of Quality Assurance System and for strict Process Control we have installed the latest and most sophisticated Testing Laboratory from Uster in our Mills. 

         The Company started its 100% Cotton yarn production on 12^th January, 2007. Some of the Count of yarn being spun are from 12/s to 40/s Cotton carded suitable for Air jet looms and Knitting for home market as well as for Export sales. The affairs of the Company are being looked after by a team of highly qualified and experienced professional managers who are specialized in their respective areas of work. The Board of Directors of the Company co-ordinates and supervise all the manufacturing, financial and commercial activities of the Company. Customer satisfaction is our motto.
